East Brandon CrossFit opened in June 2014, and since that time we have worked hard to help every member reach their full potential inside our box and outside in their daily life. EBCF is more than a gym!! We are a workout community based on support and encouragement that strives to help each member achieve their fitness goals!

We know that each person is an individual and our amazing coaching staff can apply our exercise program to fit each person’s individual needs in order to help improve their quality of life. Our gym community consists of a variety of different people to include grandparents, high school and college students, and everything in between. We are very family friendly and have many families that train together daily.
